By accessing or using the CricManiac website or mobile applications (the “Service”), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before continuing to use the Service.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service, including our trademarks or source code. You must not attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code of the website or applications, translate them into other languages, or create derivative versions. The Service itself, and all associated trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and intellectual property, remain the property of Digiapex.
1. Service Updates and Changes
Digiapex is committed to ensuring that CricManiac is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the Service or to charge for certain features at any time. We will never charge you without making it very clear what you are paying for.
2. Data and Privacy
The CricManiac platform may store and process personal data that you provide in order to deliver our Service. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.
3. Security and Device Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your device and account access secure. For mobile users, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as doing so can compromise security and may prevent the app from functioning properly.
4. Third-Party Services
The CricManiac Service uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are examples of such providers:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob / Google AdSense
- Google Analytics for Firebase
5. Internet Connectivity
Certain functions of CricManiac require an active Internet connection. The connection may be via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. Digiapex cannot take responsibility for reduced functionality if you lack an active connection or available data allowance.
If you access CricManiac outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network’s data plan terms still apply. You may be charged for data usage or roaming. You are responsible for these charges, and by using the Service, you acknowledge this responsibility.
6. Limitations of Responsibility
Digiapex cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Service. For example, you must ensure that your device remains charged and functional. If you are unable to use CricManiac due to a drained battery or other device issues, we cannot be held responsible.
Although we endeavor to keep all information up to date and accurate, we rely on third-party data sources. Digiapex accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that results from reliance on information provided through the Service.
7. Updates and Availability
We may periodically update the CricManiac website or mobile applications. Requirements for browsers or operating systems may change, and you may need to update your software to continue using the Service.
Digiapex does not guarantee that CricManiac will always remain available, compatible, or free from errors. We may discontinue or suspend the Service at any time without prior notice. Upon such termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and you must stop using it immediately.
